Housekeeping lab

There is a well equipped housekeeping laboratory in the Institute. The lab  is used for learning room-cleaning procedures and also for preparation of area cleaning activities, theme decorations, stain removal demonstrations etc.

Restaurant and Kitchen

A Training restaurant with 22 covers with a proper bar counter where one gets to study about the Beverages and wines of the world, the service of food, and standards operating procedures as per latest industry trends. A Training kitchen where techniques of creating mouth watering and exotic dishes from around the world are taught.

Library

The Institute has an impressive library which have a collection of books on all related subjects as well as Novels and Current Affair magazine for students. This includes a vast collection of reference books of internationally acclaim Journals and News papers.
