Activity based learning is the U.S.P of S.T.I.H.M. We conduct large number of practical for the core areas of Hotel Management Course like Food Production, F & B Service, Bartending, Housekeeping Services and Front Office. Other then the Core Department Practical we make our students to practice Role Plays, Case studies, Presentation, Interview Skills and Up-selling skills to develop interpersonal skills as well as Management Skills in the Students.
